New to town. Called because I was going on a roadtrip and I needed my brake pads changed asap. The owner was able to book me bright and early the next day. He gave me a ride back home while they fixed my car. I got a call 4 hours later and my car was complete! Great service and no uncharging! Will continue to support this business

I know little to nothing about cars yet no matter how clueless and dumb I sound Mark is always happy to explain without making me feel stupid. Has never once tried to upsell or charge ridiculous amounts for anything. I won’t go to anyone else.

Got my regular oil change and Tune up my car was jerking , Honest 1 Auto care looked into the problem and was very straight forward with everything, Took care of the jerking without costing me and arm and a leg lol.. Mark was very respectful and honest with the situation. I will most definitely bring my other cars there..

Last winter, my car suddenly stopped working. My insurance towed it to Midas who charged me a ridiculous amount for a new battery. That didn't solve the problem so my tow truck driver the second time recommended honest one. They were incredibly honest, communicated with me regularly and helped ease my anxieties. They diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired it for a good price. They work with you and they'll get your car back on the road as fast as they can. A mechanic this trustworthy is hard to find.

On appointment day and time, Honest-1 took only a hour and a half to replace all my rotors and pads. Now when driving I feel safe and secure. I have found a repair home for my Sentra.
