My second time visiting this shop and as always I received excellent service, and a fair repair cost. Mark, in particular, was always straightforward and knows exactly what needs to be done and always kept me updated. This is the only place I will take my cars to as long as I am in Cincinnati. Thank you, Everyone at the shop, for an other excellent experience!

I took my Audi to this Honest1 location, and I must say that my experience there was nothing short of excellent. Mark helped diagnose the issue with my car and quickly identified the problem as a wheel bearing issue and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. The repair process was smooth and efficient and the price was well within my expectations. I highly recommend this Hoest1 shop. I firmly believe that these folks care about their customers' satisfaction.

Midas Muffler gave me a price a year ago of $800 to replace a engine exhaust pipe with a converter attached. I went back last week and the same price/part was now $1500. I checked with Honest-1 in Fairfax and he gave me a price of less than a $1,000. I love this place. Honest-1 is perfectly named. I'll be back and I'll tell my friends.
