Last winter, my car suddenly stopped working. My insurance towed it to Midas who charged me a ridiculous amount for a new battery. That didn't solve the problem so my tow truck driver the second time recommended honest one. They were incredibly honest, communicated with me regularly and helped ease my anxieties. They diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired it for a good price. They work with you and they'll get your car back on the road as fast as they can. A mechanic this trustworthy is hard to find.

On appointment day and time, Honest-1 took only a hour and a half to replace all my rotors and pads. Now when driving I feel safe and secure. I have found a repair home for my Sentra.

Mark was super nice and helpful! Called sounding confused about noises on my car, told me to come in and checked it out. Ended up just needing breaks and rotors. Gave no hassle or upselling. Offered to stay after closing hours just so I could pick up my vehicle. In and out the next day for a break job and for a decent price! Definitely would recommend every time to anyone!

Owner is very good and very honest. Can’t believe he doesn’t charge anything for diagnostics. Like many small businesses today, his biggest challenge is getting help for his garage. The shop and it’s owner is always busy which is great but without help he often runs behind. Worth the wait to me.
